We are not taking applications at this time. We are "on hold" regarding future homes as we prepare to develop a large tract of land.

As an all volunteer affiliate, we are only able to build houses every 18 to 24 months. The application process involves attending informational meetings, completing an application, and possible home visits. Initial requirements as set by Habitat for Humanity International and MCHFH are: 1)resident of Madison County GA for 1 year prior to applying 2)inadequate or substandard housing 3) ability to physically work on the home or have family members work 4)regular income sufficient to make monthly payments.
